"FOR-EVER MODEL"

Thank God for sharing maam Bets with us

INSPIRATION

“Small but influential!” That’s how I describe her. I really thank God because I met her. For all of us, she is an inspiration. That is why even if we have complicated schedule, we volunteered because we know we will learn many things from her. In short, we believe that this sacrifice is worth it.

CHALLENGING

She shared to us their struggles as pioneering batch of Development Communication Program. Their struggle before was really different to what should have been our struggle this generation. As a respect to every part of their sacrifice, we accept then a great responsibility for us to continue and accomplish. We will continue what they’ve started.

MADER BETS,

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You for coming back just to teach your younger sisters and brothers. With this, you’ve also taught us how to value and sustain the society where we belong, the DevCom Society. We will maximize this short span of time learning with you. Thank You for sharing with us your skills. You’re a MODEL mader Bets. For-ever MODEL.

"Moving Forward, Caring with out End"

“One of the memorable events happened in my life this year is when I finally receive my cap!” For her, this is just the starting point of everything. This capping builds a strong foundation for her to move forward, and to care with out end.

My cousin said that her cap is small in size but its equivalent to a great responsibility. Roan Jill is the youngest in our generation. We have 1 year gap so we had the chance to develop not only our relationship as first cousins but as friends, or best friends even.

We seem to be batch mates, and we know each other better and deeper. We share stories and struggles of our lives, families, studies and friends. Since childhood, high school, and college days, we were always together.

Time has come to take her away from me. We were just given 1 year to enjoy each other’s presence this college. We are all residing at the same house before, but now, she has to transfer to accompany our grandma in her house somewhere in Tuba. I was really hurt to know it in the first place, although we could have chance to see each other, unfortunately, we are affected through our busy days.

In short, I miss her so much!

We attended her capping at Easter College, August 9. I realized that I can’t express my feelings, that I miss her so much. I suppose there’s already a gap between us which I accept given our distance from each other. On the other hand, this distance helps us rebuild our closeness.

Our parents and elders bonded us so close since we were young which we carry until now. Our first cousins seem to be our real brothers and sisters. One family member graduate each year, leaves and finds work, because that’s life. Yes! We can’t be together for-ever!

I miss her. I miss all my cousins.

Jill jill, galpook, roan, roan jill, saso! (hehehe) Congratulations!! Do your best to surpass all the challenges that may come your way. Among the girls in our family, you’re the only one who took nursing.

Love you so much insan! Ajah! Keep up! We can do this!

F4!

Boys and girls, young and old are really excited when 6:00 pm arrives just to watch the popular Korean telenovela, Boys over Flowers. I like both the funny side and the romance this story gives.

I’ve already watched the CD of this but I still keep on watching it, (addidct!hehe). The story is awesome! It’s all about LOVE and FRIENDSHIP.

This situation really happens in reality and sometimes it’s a difficult thing to deal with. Makino Tsukushi as Jan Di in the story is courageous enough to face the challenge, and that I appreciate. Doumyouji Tsukasa, Jun Pyo as the leader of F4 was attracted to Jan Di’s bravery. She doesn’t show her interest to their group unlike the other girls in the school who fawn at him rather she shows her irritation especially to Jun Pyo’s attitude towards his school mates. At the end, Jun Pyo fell in love with her.

This story shows how the characters sacrificed to consider many factors.

For those who haven’t watched this movie, it’s high time for you to check it out!
